Live Experiences & Event Strategy
Live Production & Strategy
I've coordinated live productions for major brands and millions of viewers. Live events teach you a specific kind of discipline: there is no "undo" button.
Why I Love Live
The stakes are real. In software, you can hotfix a bug. In live production, if the stream cuts out during the keynote, that moment is gone forever. This forces a level of preparation and redundancy that I apply to all system design.
Real-time feedback. You know immediately if an audience is engaged. I use this immediate feedback loop to adjust content and technical delivery on the fly.
