My Approach

I've spent my entire career in video—starting with broadcast hardware at Blackmagic Design in Melbourne, moving through live streaming at Livestream, and spending the last decade at Vimeo building platform products that serve millions of users.

That journey taught me something important: the best products don't just solve technical problems—they come from teams that have clear processes, understand what they're building, and know how to measure what matters. I specialize in the space between highly technical challenges and the frameworks that enable teams to solve them consistently.

My work spans technical product ownership, product operations, accessibility advocacy, and live event production. I bring both technical depth and operational thinking to every challenge—always focusing on outcomes that create real value for users and teams.
